What if it rains on my wedding day?
Rain doesn't ruin photos — it creates romance! Overcast skies actually provide gorgeous, soft light. We'll scout covered spots (covered porches, indoor moments) and work together to capture beautiful images. If conditions are severe (sideways rain, lightning), we'll reschedule the outdoor portion to another day.
How many photos will we get?
You'll receive 400-600+ edited images depending on your package. I deliver every good shot from your day — no artificial limits. Most couples are thrilled with the generous selection and get to experience their wedding day from every angle.
How long until we get our photos?
You'll get a sneak peek (10-15 favorite images) within 48 hours. Your full gallery is delivered within 6–8 weeks. If you need them faster, we offer rush delivery for $150.
Do you have a backup photographer?
For peace of mind, I always have an emergency backup plan. For most weddings, I work solo. For extended hours or large weddings, I recommend a second shooter ($600+ for 4 hours, $1,200+ for full day).
What's your engagement session like?
It's a fun, relaxed 1-hour session where we get to know each other, find your best angles, and practice posing before the big day. You'll get 30+ edited images. Plus, it's a great trial run for comfort and style!
What's your photography style?
I'm a candid, story-driven photographer. My style is warm, natural, and timeless. I focus on genuine emotions and beautiful moments rather than overly posed shots. You'll see lots of laughs, tears of joy, and the small details that made your day special.
Can we choose our wedding day timeline?
Absolutely! I'm flexible with what we photograph. Whether you want getting-ready photos, a first look, family formals, a first dance, or something else — we customize the timeline to your vision during our consultation.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! I'm based in Yelm, Washington but regularly travel for destination weddings throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
What's your cancellation & rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you to find a new date within 2 years. If you cancel more than 60 days before your wedding, your retainer is refunded minus a $200 booking fee. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the retainer.
Can we get digital copies and print rights?
Yes! Every package includes full print release. You can print anywhere you'd like — professional labs, online services, wherever. I also offer professional printing through my studio if you'd prefer.
